These brownies were easy enough to make, but even after being cool, were kind of liquidy in the center. After sitting overnight, firmed up a little, but when I cut them, was kinda messy, the top layer just kinda flaked away. they were good, but will not be making them again

years ago I came across this no bake recipe cookie. And it was called carter cookies. It was around the year Jimmy Carter was president. So I just assumed it was his cookie is it?
the ingrediance
1 package almond bark
1 small jar of peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
i jar of dry roasted peanuts
1/2 bag small marshmellows
3 cups of rice crispies

Melt bark, peanut butter and vanilla in double bollier. When all is melted take off heat and add the rest of ingredience
Thank you, Cindy
