<p><strong>Preparation:</strong></p>
<p>Chop candy coating into small pieces; place in heavy 10-inch skillet. Cover and heat over low heat about 5 minutes or until coating is soft; remove from heat. Stir until smooth and creamy.</p>
<p>Stir in cereal until well coated. Stir in peanuts and marshmallows. Drop mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper, or spread mixture evenly on waxed paper or aluminum foil. Let stand 1 to 2 hours or until completely set.</p>

<li>     3/4           cup  sugar</li>
<li>     1/2           cup  vegetable oil</li>

<li>  2          teaspoons  baking powder</li>
<li>     1/2      teaspoon  salt</li>
<li>     1/2           cup  chopped party mints (pastel mint candies)</li>
</ul>
<p>Heat oven to 375º. Beat sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed, or mix with spoon. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in candies.</p>
<p>Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are light brown. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.</p>

<li>  2               cups  ice cream (any flavor) &#8212; slightly softened</li>
<li>                        Assorted candies or chopped dry-roasted</li>
<li>                        peanuts, if desired</li>
</ul>
<p>Prepare and bake Peanut Butter Cookies; cool completely. For each sandwich, press 1 rounded tablespoon ice cream between the bottoms of 2 cookies. Roll edge of sandwich cookie in candies. Place in rectangular pan.</p>
<p>Freeze uncovered about 1 hour or until firm. Wrap each sandwich cookie in plastic wrap. Store in freezer in plastic freezer bag.</p>

<li>     1/4           cup  hot water</li>
<li>  2        tablespoons  all-purpose flour</li>
<li>  2        tablespoons  butter or margarine &#8212; melted</li>
<li>                        Sugar</li>
<li>  1                tub   Rich &amp; Creamy vanilla</li>
<li>                        ready-to-spread frosting</li>
<li>                        Miniature chocolate chips, raisins, cut-up gumdrops, colored sugar, miniature marshmallows, red cinnamon candies, shredded coconut, chocolate shot or shoestring licorice &#8212; if desired</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preparation:</strong></p>
<p>Heat oven to 375º. Mix gingerbread mix, hot water, flour and butter in<br />
medium bowl with spoon until dough forms.</p>
<p>Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Press bottom of glass into dough to grease, then dip into sugar; press on shaped dough to flatten to 2 1/2 inches in diameter.</p>
<p>Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are firm (do not overbake). Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. Frost with frosting. (Cover and refrigerate any remaining frosting.) Decorate as desired with chocolate chips and candies.</p>
